Declaration:
I hereby declare that all information provided by me is true and accurate. I confirm that I am in good health and have no medical condition that would render me unfit to participate in this Fun Run. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation in the event.
In the event of any accident, injury, illness, death, loss of personal belongings, or any other form of loss or damage arising during the event, I agree not to make any claim, demand, legal action, or seek compensation against the Organiser, Co-organisers, Sponsors, or any of their respective officers, employees, volunteers, or representatives.
I agree to comply with all rules and regulations of the event and understand that the Organiser reserves the right to disqualify me from participation or take any other appropriate action should I fail to comply with any of the stated rules or conditions.
I consent to the Organiser photographing, filming, recording, or otherwise capturing my image during the event and using such materials for promotional, publicity, marketing, and related purposes without prior notice or compensation.
In the event of a medical emergency during the event, I authorise the Organiser to arrange for appropriate medical assistance on my behalf. I understand and agree that I shall be responsible for any medical expenses incurred.
I acknowledge and agree that all decisions made by the Organiser regarding the event shall be final and binding, and no appeal or objection shall be entertained.
